BOARD GAME
Income2 is a board game designed specially for SFN (Modern Real Estate Fund), to raise players' awareness of the principles of investing and asset management through a fun and engaging experience.

I handled the entire art direction for the project: cards, coins, game board—the whole visual universe. The game immerses participants in an ecosystem where they must buy, sell, anticipate economic trends, take risks, and even manage loans to build their real estate empire.

Next, I developed three visual approaches for the game cards.
The presentation included slides with:
  • building cards
  • mission cards
  • different layout and hierarchy solutions
After reviewing the options, one direction was selected and refined into the final card style.

Card Design Exploration
After finalizing all visual elements, I prepared the complete set of files for print.
This included adapting layouts to production requirements, checking formats, margins and bleed areas, and exporting files in the formats required by the printing house. The full game set — cards, box and graphic elements — was sent to production and printed in 1,000 copies, marking the final stage of the project and its transformation into a physical product.

Print Production
The project began with exploring different visual directions. I created three moodboards, each representing a distinct design approach.
The concepts differed in several aspects:
  • geometry (sharp vs soft forms)
  • architectural representation (vector vs volumetric buildings)
  • typography (bold corporate fonts vs minimalistic light type)
  • graphic elements (icons, patterns, symbolic graphics)
  • color atmosphere
Each concept included explanations to help the client compare directions and select the most suitable one.
One direction was selected and became the foundation of the project.

Coins
The first element finalized was the game coins.
I developed two design options, one of which was immediately approved and prepared for print.
Game Box
For the packaging I created three radically different concepts to explore possible directions.
After selecting one direction, I expanded it with:
  • 9 refined variations
  • 6 additional design options
This iterative process helped identify the strongest visual solution.
The final concept was refined and adapted for print, including the back side of the box.
Building Cards
Building cards became one of the key components of the game. There are four building categories, each containing multiple variations. In total, this resulted in around 80 unique building cards.
After defining the structure, I developed a scalable design system that ensured clarity and consistency across the entire set.
Action Card Illustrations
Action cards became one of the most expressive parts of the game.
Each card required a visual concept that clearly communicated the action. I developed the concepts and created a series of 3D illustrations in a slightly playful yet mature style. In total, 40 unique illustrations were created, each with its own composition and background.
Card Backs
Different card types required distinct backs:
  • building cards
  • event cards
  • service cards
For each category I designed three variations that visually worked together within the overall style.
